Participants are introduced to the topics and encouraged to explore each one in order to create a strong understanding of their importance and why they should care about whether these concepts are alive in their team, or not.
They are encouraged to have meaningful discussions around the topics to see how they apply to their team and compare how they are doing against the competencies and behaviours required.
Participants create their own action plan from the learning that they can put into practice within the daily rituals and rhythms of the team in order to make them a better team.
